How It Works – Flat Fee Houses

Getting listed on the MLS is simple and easy. The entire process is online and handled for you. Simply upload your photos and property information and we will list you on the MLS. There is no catch or hidden fees! We provide everything you need to list your home and sell it like a pro.

1. Place your order

Place your order here, selecting any upgrades you want. We will then send you an invoice through Venmo.

2. Sign Listing Agreement

We will email you a listing agreement after your order is placed

3. Fill out the description form

You need to fill out the Property Description here for the MLS. We recommend putting as much description language as possible in the listing

4. Upload your photos

You must upload photos of your property here. We need 1 exterior photo to get started. Our photographer will supply the photos to us if you have selected that option.
